Peach Cocktail

2-1/2 cups diced, fresh peaches

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp sugar

chilled ginger ale

fresh mint

Combine peaches, lemon juice and sugar.  Fill fruit cocktail glasses.  Add 1-2 tbsp ginger ale to each glass.  Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Serves 4.
