Ingredients
2 cups | strawberries | | 300 g |
2 tbsp | red wine | | 30 mL |
1/2 tsp | balsamic vinegar | | 2.5 mL |
Method
- Hull the strawberries and halve them lengthwise. Gently toss them in a bowl with the wine and balsamic vinegar.
- Allow to stand 15 min. Portion out into serving bowls or cups then serve.
