On Day 10 We Escaped the Cabot Trail and Found Prince Edward Island

Day 10 of our east coast trip was mostly about driving . . . IN MOUNTAINS still!  Stunning to look at but also a little scary with deep gorges, falling rock signs, and snow.  I don't think I am a fan of mountains . . . foothills maybe . . . but not mountains.  But I'm glad we made the drive on the Cabot Trail.  We did it!!  It was spectacular.  I can't think of any reason why I would want to do it again. Day 8 of our East Coast Road Trip ~ Halifax to Louisbourg

Pier 21 is Canada's last remaining immigration shed.   Andrea showed us her home province . . . Newfoundland . . . and please make sure you pronounce it correctly thank you . . . LOL.   The next two photos were taken from a balcony at Pier 21.  It was a  quick walk down the road is the Halifax Seaport Farmers Market.   Hal really enjoyed all the samples . . . LOL!  There was so much to see as well. My biggest regret of this trip has been t...
