The first time I watched the movie, Wall-E, I remember thinking that we were becoming just like the people in the movie. We are sedated by the media and food to the point that anything involving effort is no longer desired. Why struggle, when we can be happy just relaxing and eating and getting someone else to tell us what to do, think and feel?
I don't have an answer. Just the thought.
