Baked Potatoes

Scrub potatoes, dry, and rub skins with soft butter or margarine.

Bake in preheated very hot oven 450F until tender, 45-60 minutes.

Remove from oven, cut slit, and pinch potato until it opens at slit.

Serve with butter or margarine, sour cream, or sprinkle with paprika.
