Classic Vinaigrette

From soscuisine.com , this little recipe makes a delicious salad dressing. I love it, perhaps because it reminds me of the East Side Mario's salad dressing.

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3-1/2 tablespoons of wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Whisk together, pour over salad, toss and serve.
