Light on Snow by Anita Shreve is a definite page turner. I'm not going to give away the story too much but here is a recap . . .
A baby is found in the snow barely alive and rescued by a father and daughter. This baby is the catalyst for three very different characters to acknowledging their grief and work through it. Riveting writing style. There were a couple of places where I thought to myself, "that doesn't make sense" or "that's not what a normal person would do." But I guess that is genius in itself. And it does have a satisfactorily happy ending.
