I hate ironing . . .

I really do hate ironing.  It is mind-numbing.  It is hard on the back.  It seems never-ending.  In fact, many many years ago my husband advised me I don't iron right and, yes, he has been doing his own ironing ever since.

So why am I having such a good time ironing lately?  Because I am sorting through, ironing and folding three baskets full of fabrics that were gifted to me.  I'm finally on the last basket and as you can see there are some lovely Christmas prints on top.

The fun will begin when I finish ironing and get to pick the first project I am going to make using all this great new fabric.  Perhaps something Christmas-ey.

Taste-wise, fiddleheads, which are popular amongst food foragers, are...
