June 2013 Scrapbooking

This was going to be a Scrapbooking Design class layout but I had an even better idea . . .

This was a sketch challenge for one of my recent online crops.

I used a interesting stamping tool for the background of this layout. It looks like a blue sponge but you can heat the surface and then press it into any texture such as the pile of buttons I used, ink it up and stamp. When you reheat the surface it releases the image so you can start all over again.

I love manila tags.

I entered this layout in a contest at the LSS. Didn't win but I'm still pretty pleased with it.

This layout was created for a page kit swap. I love that it looks like a giant file folder.

Here's this week's challenge: Your challenge this week is to S.P.A.C.E. your paper - - and I mean ALL of your paper: cardstock, patterned paper, specialty papers, and all those SCRAPS! SORT: Bring all of your paper to one area. Sort it all into piles: KEEP, SELL, DONATE, TRASH PURGE: bag up, and assign a price to paper bundles that you want to SELL at a garage sale or online, and put the bags in the garage sale box.
