Curried Orange Chicken, Parmesan Onions, Potatoes Hannah |
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Peel and chop onions. In saucepan, cook onions in butter over low heat until onions are tender but not brown. Turn onions into small shallow casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Put under broiler only long enough to melt cheese or put casserole in 350F oven just until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
Serves 4.
