These barn quilt square tours are a lot of fun. I think kids would also be motivated to help in the search for them. They seem to be popping up everywhere.
Monday was such a beautiful day and dear hubby had the day off. It was just too nice to sit in the house so we headed out on a road trip. I've already told you about our stop at Hawks Cliff.
Baby Blocks Winter Wheat, 5277 Quaker Road, Central Elgin |
Drunkard's Path Morgan Nina's, corner of Sparta & Hiram Smith Line, Sparta |
Sugar Maple Burgess Barn, 44644 Sparta Line, Central Elgin |
Evening Star Zavitz-Bond House, 45471 Sparta Line, Central Elgin |
I don't know what tour this belongs to . . . yet We just spotted it on the corner of Sparta Line & Fairview Ave. |
Since we were so close to Port Stanley by this point we decided to have lunch at the Green Roof Restaurant. Hal's first time and the food was lovely as usual.
If you are interested in going on a quilt block trail just Google it. There are several different trails available.
