A Taste of Canada: All Dressed Chips

I have a terrific weakness for chips . . . any kind of chip . . . but my all time favourite is all dressed potato chips.

Invented in 1978 in Laurierville, Quebec, by Paul Jalbert and Louis de Gonzague, the brother-owners of Yum Yum Chips, they’re a jokey mélange of salt and vinegar, sour cream and onion, barbecue and ketchup. The flavour—launched 37 years before Ruffles released its version—was totally on-brand for a junk empire built on novel, slightly oddball chip releases, including Cucumber and Onion, Fries and Chimichurri. All I know for sure is that I love them and they are a distinctly Canadian chip.

Just out of curiousity, what's your favourite chip flavour?
