Cross stitching for the bathroom . . .

When we want to freshen up our apartment we try to spend on accessories rather than redecorating.  We can't take trim and paint with us if we move.  We've been in this unit for over 8 years and it is definitely time to refresh the bathroom.

We went with new trim (despite what I said in my first sentence) but only because the original trim was all mismatched and grungy looking, white paint for the trim, door, and cabinet, brushed nickel towel bars and door knob, an over the toilet cabinet, a new shower curtain, and a few other little touches.

My favourite addition is that I finally found the perfect frames for the cross stitches I finished a couple of years ago and they now have a home.
