Journal Prompt ~ Personality

Think about yourself as a child. What personality traits that you have now were already apparent as a child?

As a child I was very shy.  My younger sister always made the first move towards friending someone new in the neighbourhood or school.  Once I was comfortable with a new person, I would lose my shyness.  

I am still like that today but I try to be the person who holds out her hand and says "Hi, I'm . . . "  Sometimes I can't make myself do that but most of the time I can now.
