Canning is so much work but the results are worth it. A couple of weeks ago Mom and I made jam . . . 1 batch strawberry, 1 batch rhubarb and 2 batches of strawberry rhubarb. The strawberry rhubarb is my favourite.
We have decided to give free canning lessons to anyone who would like to learn. Just drop by when you hear that we are canning (usually on Facebook) and we will teach you everything you need to know in exchange for your free labour. That solves the whole too much work issue . . . LOL . . .
